JCC Teachers Lead Students to Film Musical Performance in Chu Hai Campus

JCC Lecturer Mr Tony Tang, a versatile film director, led JCC students to film a live musical performance by Hong Kong String Orchestra in our Tuen Mun campus.

Mr Tang was invited to direct the filming which is one of the projects of HKSO’s ‘Power of Music Programme’ sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, While Mr Stephen Ma, also a JCC lecturer, was the producer.

The participating students learnt how to use professional film equipment, during filming sessions, such as Red Camera, Black Magic Camera and Inspire 2 Flying-Cam, etc.

JCC (The Communication and Crossmedia Programme), a SSSDP programme (JUPAS Code JSSC04), aims to train students with all creative-media skills, put emphasis on film, multimedia and digital production techniques, and integrate students’ interactive communication skills and creating thinking into multi-platform presentation and publishing.
