Twenty-six Journalism and Communication students led by Head of Department, Professor David Wong, explored media technology advancement and humanities in Shanghai, Suzhou and Zhou Zhuang during an exchange visit co-sponsored by Taiwan Affairs Office of Liaison Office of Central People’s Government in Hong Kong (LOCPG) in May 2017.
Students In the six-day spell visited Wen Hui Bao (文匯報) and Shanghai TV Station (上海電視臺), affiliates of Shanghai Media Group, venturing to various districts in search of the genius loci of the old and new Shanghai.
The exchange ended on a high note when students shared a heartfelt video review with Mr Chu Fung and Miss Yeung Yan from the Taiwan Affairs Office of LOCPG.
