Chu Hai Students Enjoy Successful Shnit Short Film Preview Screening

Students of Chu Hai College of Higher Education heartily shared views with the expert guests and teaching staff during an international short film preview screening co-organized by the JCC (JUPAS JSSC04) programme on 18 October.

 

The Communication and Crossmedia programme (JCC) is an academic consultative body of the 17th Shnit Short Film Festival (Hong Kong Playground). Mr Liu Kwok-leung, Executive Officer of Shnit (HK Playground), Mr Ip Ka Fai, Manager of Shnit (HK Playground), and Professor James Cheng of our Journalism Department shared their professional and academic reviews with the students after screening.

 

Four short films, namely, We Shall Overcome (USA), Histories Of Wolves (Portugal), Farewell To The Ark (Taiwan) and Justice of Maya (Philippines) were screened and discussed in the event. The Shnit Short Film Festival is an eleven-day event taken place in multiple cities worldwide, including New York, Bern, Moscow and Hong Kong.
