A Journalism Department member, Assistant Professor Dr. Wendy Chan Wing Lam, attended a renowned communication conference at Salt Lake City held between 8 and 11 Nov 2018 and delivered a paper entitled “Analyzing the Antecedents of Journalistic Creativity: A Review of the Literature on Media Creativity and Look Beyond”.
National Communication Association (NCA) organizes an annual convention on communication and it is one of the world class and most influential conference of the field.

There are a number of sessions presented at NCA, including themes like story-telling, games, and they also provided the meditation sharing session with the participants.
Dr. Wendy Chan has attended a poster presentation session, where, scholars and presenters come and share their ideas on the research development of the topics.
NCA welcomes publishers, press or technology companies to set up booths at the conference in order to provide professional ideas and advice to the researchers.
