Students of MA in Arts Tech and Digital Communication programme visited the ” Dwelling in Tranquility” thematic exhibition at the Hong Kong Palace Museum

Students of MA in Arts Tech and Digital Communication programme visited the ” Dwelling in Tranquility” thematic exhibition at the Hong Kong Palace Museum on 8 November 2023. Over forty students from the JCM Department had the opportunity to visit this exhibition. We were delighted to have Ms. Grace Cheng, a guest curator at the Hong Kong Palace Museum, as our guide. She explained the creative concepts behind each artwork, allowing us to gain a clearer understanding of the overall exhibition concept, the creative process, and how various artists integrated Hong Kong elements into the style of Chinese gardens. Many of the interpretations were presented using art, creativity, and technology, which greatly benefited the students who are studying the subject of “Technology, Art, and Digital Communication.”
